• FREE FEDEX SHIPPING on all retail orders over $99 excluding co-ops or items shipped to HI,PR,AK
• US orders ship via FEDEX from NJ
• Orders are typically shipped to avoid your bulbs sitting in a FEDEX truck or warehouse over the weekend. Depending on your distance from NJ your items may not ship on Thursday or Friday.
• Orders are typically processed the same day if received by noon ET, Mondays and peak season can be a little slower because of order backlog
• If your order is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified when it will be available. We will not charge your card until your product ships.
• We can ship to US and Canada. Other international orders are by special arrangement, contact us.

Returns are easy!

Simply contact our Customer Service Department, and let us know the reason for the return. We will then give you a return authorization number so you can return the bulbs.

As long as the return postage is stamped within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return ANY item for an exchange or full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). In the event of a return, at our discretion, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping charge from the refund, including items marked as free shipping.

Items postmarked more than 7 days after delivery, may be refused or may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
